Oxford Farm is available for special events! From weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, family reunions, company functions, conferences, team building, music festivals, you name it. We would like to host it all at Oxford Farm! If you decide to have an event at Oxford Farm, we can help you with furniture/equipment rental by supplying local contacts. We will work with you to make your event a success.

We take weddings very seriously at Oxford Farm. We recognize how important it is to anyone planning such a special occasion. We want you to have a beautiful, peace filled, joyful event to share and remember for a lifetime. We will work with you and your budget to make your wedding at Oxford Farm the event you have always dreamed it could be. $1,500   $250 Deposit **

2 day access (Noon Friday to Noon Sunday). No tables or chairs provided. Client responsible for all set up, clean up and trash disposal.

*Full Access Package
$3,000  $500 Deposit **

Choice of Locations in and/or near The Lodge for the Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception Wednesday to Monday Noon access to property 14 round top 40” high cocktail tables and 46 bar stools, 10 white folding tables & 60 chairs 2 Dressing Rooms for Wedding Party Use of the Guest House, Pool Area, BBQ Deck, Interior Party Rooms plus a Small, portable P.A. system for the ceremony & a DVD Projector and Screen.

$6000  $600.00 Deposit**

Designed to take all the stress out of the process. We arrange for everything except the Bride & Groom…. Includes: Everything the Full Access Package Provides Plus On Site Wedding Planner will work with you to arrange for Flowers, Decorations, Catering, Wedding Cake, Photographer, Tent, DJ or Live Musicians, Valet Parking, Beverages,Bartenders and even the Minister. She will also direct the Rehearsal and supervise the Wedding and Reception. You have the use of the Lodge and Guest House for two Night’s Accommodations. Tables & Chairs for up to 200 guests with White Linens, Dishware, Silverware and Glassware will be provided.

Not Included:   Cost of Flowers, Decorations, Catering, Wedding Cake, Photographer, Minister, Tent, DJ or Live Musicians, Valet Parking, Beverages, Bartenders…..The fees are very competitive and we will work with your budget and take care of every detail. 



No Extra Charge for photo shoot dates prior to the ceremony….  
 (Our horses may wander into the photos but if you want to insure a composed shot, a wrangler must be reserved in advance (no extra charge)…  Brides who desire a photo on horseback must sign a liability waiver that includes possible damage to the gown.)
